Frequently ASked questions

Rolex, Tudor, Omega and Seiko are our core. We also service solid Swiss/Japanese mechanicals (ETA, Sellita, Miyota, Seiko NH). Chronographs and unusual calibres are by inspection and quote.

See each brand’s page for guide pricing. For “Other Brands,” the base rate is €200 for standard three-hand mechanicals. Base includes a new mainspring + gaskets (where applicable). Billable extras (e.g., balance assembly, crown/tube, crystal) are quoted and approved before we proceed.

Complete teardown and ultrasonic clean; re-oil to spec; new mainspring + gaskets (where applicable); multi-position regulation (rate, amplitude, beat error); demagnetise if needed; 48–72 h run test; water-resistance test where the case allows; timing sheet and service notes.

Yes, whenever possible. If OEM is unavailable or not sensible, we fit high-quality alternatives that meet spec. We ask for your approval when there’s additional cost or a functional change to the watch.

We test and document WR (showing pressure + date). WR is valid at the time of test only; wear, age and shocks can change it. If you swim/dive, plan annual checks.

We’re patina-first. Clean by default to preserve edges and brushing. Light, sympathetic refinishing is available on request (extra). Heavy polishing only if you insist.

Order the service, choose insured return-shipping, and complete the intake form with model/reference, goals and photos. Pack the watch head only if possible, double-box, and ship tracked + insured. You’re responsible until we sign for it; we return it insured and tracked. For “Other Brands,” email us first.

Typical turnaround is 2–5 weeks depending on parts and workload. Workshop warranty: 6 months on serviced movements; refurbished watches include a 6-month movement warranty and 14-day EU return for goods. See our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy for full details.
