Tudor Full Mechanical Service
Purpose: Get your Tudor back on spec for real-world use—without erasing its history.
What’s included (base)
- Intake & diagnosis — functional checks, timegrapher baseline, magnetism test; note your wear style and WR goal.
- Complete teardown & ultrasonic clean — movement fully disassembled; case/bracelet deep-cleaned.
- Parts included — new mainspring + new gasket set (where applicable).
- Reassembly & lubrication — correct oils/greases; end-shake & tolerances set.
- Regulation & control — multi-position rate, amplitude, beat error; demagnetise if needed; power-reserve & autowind checks.
- Testing — 48–72h run test; pressure test where the case allows; we log pressure + date.
- Finish (patina-first) — clean only by default; light refinishing available on request (extra).
- Documentation — timing sheet + notes; WR test card (if tested).
What’s extra (quoted & approved first)
High-value movement parts (e.g., balance assembly, pallet/escape, autowind parts), crowns/tubes/pushers, hands/dial work, any crystal replacement (acrylic/mineral/sapphire), bezel/inserts, and light refinishing if you request it.
Crystal policy
Crystals are not included in the base service. Acrylic may be polished when feasible; replacement (acrylic/mineral/sapphire) is quoted case-by-case. If a damaged crystal prevents your WR target, we’ll advise and quote before continuing.
Water-resistance note
WR is valid at the time of test only; wear, age and shocks can change it. If you swim/dive, we recommend annual checks.
Patina stance
We preserve honest wear and original character. No heavy polishing unless you ask for it.
Suitable Tudor calibres
ETA three-hand families and Tudor MT families (MT54/56/58); chronographs by quote. Note: parts access for some MT calibres can be more constrained.
