We test and document WR at service. It’s valid at the time of test only. Annual checks recommended if you swim/dive.

However, user error may still allow water to get into the watch. Due to this, we offer no warranty for waterproofness - only a certificate that while in service in controlled conditions and no user error the watch has passed WR testing.

Usually 2–5 weeks. Buy the service, choose return-shipping, complete the intake, ship to us; we confirm any extras, service the watch, and return it insured & tracked.
